What Partizan provides

Partizan is an AI customer acquisition system. It can form acquisition hypotheses, perform market research, recommend or prepare tests, measure connected customer events and learn from results. Some channels are research-only or assisted. External execution always depends on the real integration, permissions and safety gates available for that channel.

No guaranteed acquisition outcome

Partizan does not guarantee a number of customers, a specific CAC, revenue, ROAS, ranking, audience response or channel availability. Forecast-like examples on the marketing site are labelled as examples or arithmetic, not promises.

Product analysis, Acquisition Plan and acquisition budget

• Product analysis: Partizan builds Product Understanding from the public product source or description you provide and can research a concrete evidence-backed opportunity before acquisition funding is required.
• Acquisition Plan: an optional one-time deeper research pass under the price shown at checkout, without autonomous execution.
• Acquisition budget: money reserved for a concrete recommended paid move when one is appropriate. Partizan's management fee is based only on actual acquisition spend under the terms shown in the product.

Adding acquisition budget is not permission or proof that Partizan can spend it through an advertising provider. Paid execution remains unavailable unless the production payment rail, channel connection, project limits and required permissions are all ready.

Your accounts and authority

You may connect only accounts, domains, audiences and content you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the legality of your product, offer, claims, targeting, destination, customer communications and use of third-party platforms.

Execution controls

Partizan may refuse, pause or block execution when a channel is disabled, a required integration is missing, a spend rail is unavailable, a customer-cost or budget limit would be exceeded, reconciliation is uncertain, or another safety check fails. These fail-closed controls are part of the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use Partizan to obtain unauthorized access, evade platform controls, distribute malware, impersonate others, violate privacy rights, conduct unlawful discrimination, or run campaigns you are not legally entitled to run. Do not upload secrets that Partizan does not need.

Billing

Stripe processes checkout. Prices and fees shown in the product at the time of purchase govern that transaction. If a payment, refund or reconciliation looks wrong, stop further execution where possible and use the Contact page so the record can be reviewed.

Beta availability

Features may change, be paused or remain unavailable while Partizan is in beta. Research access does not imply execution access. Paid execution is enabled only when the production spend and channel controls required for that action are ready.
